About
EXP Studio puts people & Planet at the centre of complex change
Despite the rapid pace AI is changing the world, we still believe that Human-Centered Innovation connects people creates opportunities by solving problems and reconciling issues.
We help teams, organisations, and individuals tackle today’s complex challenges and design better services, systems, and ways of working in an AI-driven world.
Exp. stands for Explore, Experience and Expand. We combine human-centred design, systemic thinking, and AI-enabled methods to create practical solutions that put people at the centre, while delivering real, measurable impact.
Our approach is hands-on and outcomes-focused. We build capability through tailored training, guide teams to uncover hidden opportunities in processes and services, and embed long-term innovation through coaching, live projects, and blended learning.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen skills, improve operations, or create more resilient and adaptive ways of working, EXP Studio equips you with the tools, frameworks, and guidance to make it happen.
We believe in human-led innovation, actionable insight, and results that stick — because lasting impact comes from putting people first, even in an AI-driven world.
